| Niles Canyon Railroad Museum - the former SP #1051 was built in 1955, it was most recently operated by Foster Farms, at Burrel, California, they donated the locomotive to PLA in 2002. Although originally painted in the tiger stripe scheme, PLA plans to restore this historical locomotive, the last SP Alco to operate in California, as the 1218, and paint it in the gray and red SP scheme. |
