This is what we got in trade for our car 952 which is RUNNING in San Francisco. I don't know what Morial & RTA were thinking but we got the short end of the stick here. Granted 952 is a wonderful ambassador to NO but this is embarrassing.

As it is lettered for O'Farrell, Jones, & Hyde, I think this car is one the MUNI got back from Knott's Berry Farm. It and several others were sold to Knott's in the late 5o's and converted to battery power and ran on two separatre lines until the mid-70's. Knott's gave them all back to the MUNI but I think all most of them did was supply parts for new cars that MUNI built. YEP, RTA got screwed.
